The story of a gown boutique

She steps inside the boutique one day, with a smile that holds the excitement at bay. She tries on a gown, and then shuffles a few, until alas, the one is drew. She slips it on, with you at her back, closing the buttons, and then she looks back. Just as she turns to look in the mirror, with a glint in her eye, her lip starts to quiver. It's through her eyes that I can see, the future of her dress in her album to be. She leaves the store, trusting the bond, where a girl met her gown, and the collection beyond.

And so starts the journey, with the gown of her dreams, from the order, to the stiching until it's all steamed. With the bride in my mind, I must take care, that the dress of her dreams, is here for the wear. So it's GownApp I use to manage each dress, for every bride, it's a must not to stress. So every night, when I go to sleep, it's CLOUDia who's working and managing my heap. So, finally one day, the brides package is here, it's receipted on GownApp, and it messages the dear. The bride reads the message and with huge delight, recalls the day, that this gown made her bright.

APPLICATION FEATURES

GownApp is an application which manages the purchasing of wedding gowns from suppliers. It is process flow orientated, from placing the order until receiving the dress.

What is GownApp?

GownApp was developed alongside a Wedding Gown Shop. When the orders became too much to manage manually with traditional methods, the owner reached out to us to help automate the system, so they could see where the dress was, and what her dailt action points are. The was especially important as multiple employees were working at different times. This is how GownApp was born.

It starts with a raising a purchase order to the supplier. You can set typical wedding dress features, such as size, length, colour, product code, model and any special requests. GownApp will make it easy for your to place the order via email. From then on, at each stage of the process, any orders exceeding your deadlines will be alerted to you via the dashboard, and reinforced with a daily morning email. This gives you the peace of mind that every gown order is being taken care of. These stages are shown in the image to the right.

Software Licence:	£462
	Payable as a once off, or over 3 monthly instalments

User Licences:	£12.50 per user, per month

The software licence is invoiced in advanced from the commencement date, and the user licences are invoiced monthly in arrears on the last day of every month. A user licence is an active user, regardless of usage. It is not possible to use a single login across multiple locations, or devices.
